Kobyashi Maru -
The Impossible Scenario

Part Two

Exploring the property with Bruce
Day Three

Day three was pretty amazing. Koby spent most of the day outside. He was starting to buck and run around and took a bit more watching as he tended to go off exploring around the holding corrals and into the sagebrush. However if anyone went out to look for him, he easily followed the person back to the middle of the property.

We had purchased a nursing bucket for Koby. Forget the nipple. He figured out that he could drink down his milk a whole lot faster by simply shoving his face into the bucket and drinking it straight from there. Usually sleepiness followed each meal, however too much was going on and Koby's eyes would start to droop but he would fight off sleep with a jerk of his head. Finally he was put back into the yard, found a soft shady spot under a tree, and went out like a light.

"I'm not sure that I like this halter thing."
"Time for another nap."
"I like all my visitors."
"Thanks, Ma."
"Time for a nap."
"I'll go show the burros this halter thing."
"I like the smell of Mom's shirt."
End of the day - Out like a light!
One thing we did notice... when Shirley isn't in sight and Koby misses her, he goes and nuzzles any of her clothing that might be close by.
